We strongly recommend that you submit your financial documentation as soon as possible, in order to help the DEDP team ensure that your information is verified in a timely manner and ensure that your eligibility for a particular course price can be confirmed.
You may find Information for all DEDP deadlines on the DEDP Upcoming Dates page. The "Financial Assistance Documents Deadline" for a given DEDP term is the latest date when we can guarantee that the DEDP team will be able to process your documents before that session's Payment Deadline.
While the DEDP team works very hard to ensure that all learners' documents are reviewed and Personal Prices are approved, if at all possible, before the Payment Deadline for the term, it is not always possible to review all documents submitted very close to the Payment Deadline. If you submit your documentation after the Financial Assistance Documents Deadline, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your Personalized Price before the Payment Deadline for that session.
Additionally, even if you submit your documents before the Financial Aid Documents Deadline, if there are problems with your documentation, or they do not match your submitted income, you may need to resubmit documents, and if the Payment Deadline passes before these issues are corrected, we will not be able to extend the Payment Deadline for you. Please submit your documentation as soon as possible.
Even if you submit your financial documentation after the deadline and are not able to make payment for a given DEDP term, you will still be able to complete the coursework during that term. However, once the Payment Deadline has passed, you will no longer be eligible to sit for the Proctored Exam at the end of that DEDP term. You will instead need to wait for a future DEDP term in which that course is offered to sit for the Proctored Exam.
