Learners are eligible to sit for a DEDP course's Proctored Exam in a particular DEDP semester once all of the following are true for that course:
- The learner has earned a passing score in the online course
- The learner has made payment of the course fee before that semester's Payment Deadline
- The learner has not yet used all of their Proctored Exam Attempts
Learners are only eligible to sit for a course's Proctored Exam at the end of a specific DEDP semester if they submitted payment of the course fee before that semester's Payment Deadline (including if they submitted payment in any previous semester), and if the course (and therefore its Proctored Exam) is available in that semester.
Please note, learners are not required to retake any online course that they have already achieved a passing score for in order to sit for the Proctored Exam in a future semester—once you have passed the course, your passing scores will be saved on your program record.
