The following error message indicates that you have been removed from your proctored exam session.

If you see this proctored exam error message while taking your Proctortrack exam, please reach out to your course team via email. In your email, please state the name of the course and exam, as well as any relevant details about your proctoring experience (for example, if your computer froze, the error message occurred when you attempted to end your exam, etc).
Sometimes when this error occurs, your grade has still been saved properly. The course team will evaluate the details of your situation and determine if your attempt is valid and acceptable, or if your attempt will need to be reset in order for you to re-take your exam, if possible.
To prevent this error message from occurring again, we strongly recommend the following if you attempt another proctored exam:
FOR MAC:
-Open System Preferences
-Find Network preferences
-Find DNS settings; you may need to click an "Advanced" button
-Select and click on the "+" symbol
-Add "8.8.8.8" and save it
-Click on "+" again, add "8.8.4.4" and save it
-Click "OK" and apply the changes
-Now, restart your computer and relaunch the Proctortrack app
OR WINDOWS:
-Open the network and internet settings
-Click on the change adaptor option
-Right-click on ethernet and go to preferences
-Select internet protocol version 4 (IPV4) and click on properties
-Select DNS server addresses radio button and enters the below DNS address
-Preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8
-Alternate DNS server 8.8.4.4
Here are some other steps we recommend trying:
-Restart your computer before beginning the exam
-Use a wired connection instead of a wireless connection, if possible
-Use Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser
