The SCM Comprehensive Final Exam (CFx) course is the final examination for the MITx MicroMasters Program in Supply Chain Management. This exam course is the culmination of the program—to be eligible to take the CFx, learners must have successfully completed all five SCx courses on the Verified/Certificate (Paid) enrollment track, earning their Course Certificates. All courses must have been completed using the same edX.org account.
The CFx is conducted online and is accessed through the edX platform. It is a 150-minute test that covers key concepts from all five SCx courses. To maintain the integrity of the exam, learners are required to use proctoring software that enables virtual proctoring during the test. The proctoring software ensures that learners adhere to the exam guidelines and prevents any form of academic dishonesty.
The CFx functions differently from the program's other courses. Because access to the CFx is restricted to eligible learners, enrollment in this course is not open. Instead, the SCM team manually manages enrollment, enrolling all eligible learners into each session of the CFx course around 4-6 weeks before the scheduled exam period.
Once a learner meets the eligibility criteria to take the SCM CFx, they can expect to be enrolled in each upcoming session of the CFx.
The exam schedule for the CFx is updated periodically, and learners can refer to the "When is it offered next?" FAQ section for the most up-to-date information on the exam schedule. It is important for learners to stay informed about the exam dates and plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and successful completion of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management.
