If you encounter a technical issue during the CFx exam, you can reach the CFx team by following the steps outlined below:

Remember that email communication is not allowed during the exam, except in true emergencies.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the CFx, being monitored by ProctorTrack, or continuing with the exam, you may send an email to cfxhelp@mit.edu and edX at info@edx.org, following the protocol provided.
Reporting an urgent issue:

Send an email to cfxhelp@mit.edu.

Make sure the subject of your email includes the following: CFx12_May_2023 – brief description of your issue.

Include the following information in your email:
- Your edX username and edX email.
- The computer and operating system you are using.
- The country from which you are taking the exam.
- A detailed description of the issue you are facing.
- If possible, attach a screenshot that includes the date and time of the problem.

Additionally, contact edX support at info@edx.org or ProctorTrack support at +1 (844) 753-2020, or support@verificient.com for technical assistance.
Reporting a non-urgent issue:
- If you encounter a minor issue during the exam, complete the exam and finish the proctoring session.
- After the exam, send an email to cfxhelp@mit.edu with the title "Not Urgent - brief description of what occurred."
- Remember to provide your edX username and edX email in the email.
