All of our MITx MicroMasters courses, including those in the SCM MicroMasters Program, are offered via the edX Learning Platform. In order to receive a refund for your enrollment in the Verified track of one or more edX courses, you must leave the course session(s) within the refund eligibility period—either by unenrolling (for courses purchased individually), or by changing or leaving the course session (for courses purchased as part of a bundle).
The refund eligibility period is 14 days after the date of purchase or 14 days after the start of the course, whichever is later—up to a maximum of 180 days after payment, due to credit card and PayPal processing limits.
