What is the format of MicroMasters Program in Finance courses? Are they live or pre-recorded?

MicroMasters Program in Finance (MMFin) courses are delivered online and are not conducted in real-time. The video content of the courses is pre-recorded, allowing learners to access and view released course material at any time that is convenient for them. This asynchronous learning approach provides flexibility, allowing learners to work on the course content and assignments according to their own schedules. In addition to the pre-recorded video content, each course includes in-course discussion forums where learners can engage in discussions and seek support from the course TA team. The TA team actively monitors these forums to provide assistance and guidance to learners.

The MMFin MicroMasters Program's five Content Courses are offered in an On-Demand Self-Paced format. The Self-Paced format allows learners to learn the material and complete the coursework at their own pace. The program's Comprehensive Final Exam (CFx) is offered as an Instructor-Paced course. The CFx is offered twice each year, in the Spring and Fall.
