How can I contact the Course Team for my SDS MicroMasters course?

The correct communication channel for questions about the SDS MicroMasters Program and its courses depends on the nature of your question.

1. For General Questions about either the SDS MicroMasters Program or its courses, you may reach out to the SDS MicroMasters Support Team via the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of this page, or via email at [e-mail]. We will be able to assist you with most any inquiries you may have
2. For Course-Specific questions, about a running course that you're enrolled in, you should reach out to the Course Team via the In-Course Discussion Forums. The forums are regularly monitored by the course TA team and the Program Manager, who possesses the necessary understanding of and expertise with the Course Content, Coursework Assignments, and course structure to provide appropriate answers to your questions

   • To ensure prompt attention to your questions, please create a forum post with the "[STAFF]" tag at the beginning of your post's subject line

3. For Other Questions not appropriate to the in-course forums, you may reach out to the MicroMasters Support team, as above, and we will help ensure your message is routed appropriately
