During the SDS Capstone Exam, the following actions are not allowed in any of the four exams:

Leaving the room: You are not permitted to leave the room that you are in during the exam. It is important to ensure that you have a dedicated and isolated space for the duration of the exam.

Covering the camera or being out of camera: You must keep the camera visible and ensure that you are within the camera frame throughout the exam. The proctoring software needs to be able to monitor your actions.

Stopping the proctoring software: You are not allowed to stop or tamper with the proctoring software during the exam. The software is essential for ensuring the integrity of the exam process.

Using a cell phone: The use of cell phones or any other electronic devices, except for the computer on which you are taking the exam, is not allowed. These devices should be kept away from your exam area.

Communication: You are prohibited from communicating with anyone during the exam. This includes talking to others, sending messages via email or chat, using devices like Google Glass, or any other means of communication.

Referring to physical documents: Except for the four blank sheets of paper provided for rough work, you should not refer to any physical documents such as dictionaries, notebooks, books, or any other materials.

Using multiple computers or screens: You are not allowed to use multiple computers or screens of the same computer during the exam. Only the computer on which you are taking the exam should be used.

Opening unauthorized files or websites: You should not open any files or access websites other than your cheatsheets and the materials provided or allowed within the exam. Unauthorized access to external resources is not permitted.

Accessing unauthorized programs: You should not use any programs other than those explicitly permitted for the exam. The use of additional software or applications is not allowed.

Communication with others: Except for technical support accessed through the support button via the proctoring software, you should not communicate with anyone through any means during the exam.

Retaining exam-related files: It is strictly prohibited to retain any files containing exam questions or answers. This includes printing or taking screenshots of the exam content. All scripts or files related to the exam should be deleted and completely purged after the exam.
These rules are in place to ensure the integrity and fairness of the SDS Capstone Exam and to maintain a standardized environment for all learners. It is important to follow these guidelines to comply with the exam requirements.
